Home of Yellowjacket Golf

Oak Hill Country Club (est. 1901) is one of the finest golf courses in America and has a rich tradition of hosting major professional golf tournaments. Home to three U.S. Opens, three PGA Championships and slated to host the 2023 PGA Championship, Oak Hill has had the worlds finest golfers grace its fairways numerous times. It is the only golf course that can say it has played host to three PGA Championships, as well as,the Ryder Cup, the United States Open, the United States Amateur, the United States Senior Open and the Senior PGA Championship!

Oak Hill has two courses, the East and West course. The East measures 7,152 yards and is a par 71 layout while the West is shorter at 6,723 yards and also plays as a par 71. Both courses in Pittsford were designed by world-famous course architect Donald Ross.

The original location of Oak Hill CC was at the current location of the University of Rochester's River Campus, but in 1921, the University and Oak Hill's membership instituted a "land swap" giving the U of R the opportunity to build its campus on the banks of the Genesee River and Oak Hill a prime plot of land in the Village of Pittsford.
