Second-ranked Chicago defeated the Yellowjackets, 3-0, in the Windy City on Sunday.
The Maroons, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Case Western Reserve on Friday, scored three goals in a span of 22 minutes midway through the second half to nail down the win.
Rochester's Sarah Malecki made two saves in goal.
The Yellowjackets are 8-7-2 overall, 2-4 in the UAA. Chicago is 14-0-3, 4-0-2 in the UAA.
Rochester wraps up the regular season next Saturday at Case Western Reserve.
