ONEONTA, N.Y. - Host SUNY Oneonta scored twice late in the second half to post a 2-0 victory over the University of Rochester in the second round of the NCAA Division III soccer playoffs.

It was the second win of the year for the Red Dragons over the Yellowjackets, Oneonta nicked Rochester, 1-0, at Fauver Stadium in the Flower City Tournament over Labor Day weekend.

Rochester finishes the 2010 campaign with a 12-5-3 overall record. Oneonta is 17-4-2.

Kayla Brantmeyer made an end-to-end run with the ball to score the game's first goal at 77:14. Oneonta tacked on a second goal at 83:03 when Dana DeSimone scored from a corner kick by Nah Wright.

Amy Lusby made four saves in the Oneonta net to get the shutout and her teammates cleared one ball off the line. Bridget Lang made eight saves for Rochester.

A corner kick from Wright in the eighth minute nearly put the Red Dragons in front but Lang made a diving save with her right hand to keep the ball out of the net.

Rochester's Kirsten Ross hit the crossbar in the 19th minute. In the 60th minute, Rochester's Jayne Gavrity put a corner kick into the center of the box and Ellen Coleman's shot was blocked by Caitlin Burke off the back right post.
