ATLANTA – Rochester finished in sixth place at the University Athletic Association women's volleyball championships after Case Western Reserve University posted a 3-0 victory on Saturday morning. The Spartans won, 25-18, 25-23, 25-14.

UR entered the tournament as the #6 seed and CWRU was #5. The loss gives Rochester a final record of 19-13. CWRU finished 19-12.

Clara Martinez led Rochester with eight kills.
Alara Kocak had seven,
Allie DeRubertis six, and
Kate Korslund three.
Renae Lapins finished with 17 assists, five digs, and one service ace.
Beth Ghyzel had nine assists, two kills, two aces, and three digs.

Courtney Vidovich dug 18 balls for Rochester.
Sara Apanavicius had 10 digs,
Bianca Dyer had four. Apanavicius had two service aces. Martinez had one block solo and two block assists.
