Â
Game Two: 8-4 UR (10 innings.)
The big hits in game two Sunday were a wind-blown pop fly double by
Jack Herman with the bases loaded and a two-run line drive single one batter later by
David Rieth. That made it 8-4.

Jack Herman's glove put runners on second and third with no outs. Evan O'Keefe was thrown out at first and Lewis, trailing the play, slid home with the third Saint run just beating the tag of
Aiden Finch. James Cronin's sac fly scored Frank with the tying run.

Finch drew a full-count walk to load the bases. Herman hit a twisting fly into short right field that fell in. Pickering and Schmidt scored with Finch getting to third. Â
Finch was hit by a pitch in the fifth and eventually scored on Trombley's single to center. But that was it until the 10th. SLU's pitching kept the bats in check when scoring opportunities were there. Rochester left the bases loaded in the fifth and the seventh.
