At UR 2025: Junior ran in five meets...Finished outside the top-50 just once, tallying a trio of top-15 finishes...Posted an average finish of 24.20, and beat 82.4 percent of opposing runners...Kicked off the season with a 5k PR (19:34.7) and eighth-place finish at the Tom Balon Classic on Sept. 6...Hit another 6k personal-best time (22:50.9) in at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 20 with a 14th-place result...Season-best second-place finish at the Kara Hall Memorial Invite on Oct. 4...Competed at both the UAA Championships and the NCAA Niagara Regional, placing 61st and 36th, respectively.

At UR 2023: First-year ran in six meets...Wrapped up the year with a season's-best time of 24:13.6 (79th) at the NCAA Niagara Regional...Opened the year with a Top-50, 39th-place result at the Highlander Short Course, crossing the finish line in 11:54.7...Overall earned four Top-100 finishes and a top-50 result.
