At UR 2025: Sophomore turned in another strong season, qualifying for and pacing the Yellowjackets at NCAAs (227th, 26:13.5)...USTFCCCA All-Region selection earned with a 14th-place finish and 8k PR (25:31.5) at the NCAA Niagara Regional...One of just two Yellowjackets to compete in all seven meets...Posted a 45.00 average finish, notching six top-50 results, five of which were in the top 25...Defeated a team-best 77.45 percent of opposing runners...Scored at UAAs with a 35th-place result...Came in 20th at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 18...Posted a season-high fourth-place finish at the Kara Hall Memorial Invite on Oct. 4...Crossed the finish line in 9th place at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 20...Opened the year with a sixth-place result at the Tom Balon Alumni Classic on Sept. 6...Named to the UAA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2024: Impressive first-year campaign for the Yellowjackets, highlighted by three top-25 finishes and five top-50 results...Competed in six meets...Finished just shy of All-Region status at the NCAA Niagara Regional (36th, 26:37.5)...Ran a season's-best time at the UAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 26:01.3, 53rd overall...Notched two top-20 results to open the year at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite (14th) and the Hamilton Short Course (19th)...Scored another top-20 finish at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5, placing 16th with a time of 26:41.8...Posted an average finish of 43.71, the third-lowest mark on the team, and defeated almost 80 percent (79.15%) of opposing runners...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

HS: Graduated from Newton South High School...Ran cross country and track and skied for the Lions...Senior captain of the Nordic Ski Team...Five-time All-League selection, earning two honors each in cross country and track and three in Nordic Skiing...Was also a three-time All-State selection, a Boston Globe All-Star and the Boston Globe Athlete of the Year in Nordic Skiing...Personal-best times of 16:03 in the 5K, 4:23.7 in the mile, 9:53 in the two-mile and 1:57 in the 800 meters...Helped the Lions' cross country team to a DCL Championship, Division 1A Championship and a D1 All-State Runner-Up...Two-time League Champions in Nordic Skiing...State Runners-up in 2022-23 and State Champions in 2023-24...Also skied for Freedom Trail Nordic.
