At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in three meets, with two being the NYSCTC and ECAC Indoor Championships...Was 7th at the NYSCTC meet in the 5000m and also participated on UR's 9th place 4x800m relay which posted a team best time indoors of 10:24.35...Finished 12th at the ECAC Championships in the 5k with an indoor PR of 18:32.19...Season best finish came at the Brockport Multi & Invitiational where she wound up 5th in the 5000m.
Outdoor: Capped Yellowjacket career running in five events...Placed 18th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m...Ended 16th in the 10k at the NYSCTC meet...Ran a career best 5000m time at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic, clocking in at 18:24.06 in a runner-up finish...Finished the 10000m in 37:36.36 at the Bucknell Bison Classic, her best 10k time of her career by nearly two minutes.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: The junior participated in seven meets indoors...Qualified for the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in both distance events (3000m and 5000m)...Set new personal bests in both events, finishing 9th in the 5k (18:50.23) and 13th in the 3k (10:54.06)...Was event winner in the 5000m at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational on Feb. 14 also winning 3000m at the Ithaca Invitational one week earlier.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Qualified for both the 10000m and 5000m at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, choosing only to run the 10k...Finished event in 42:04.49, good for 11th place...Was 4th at the UAlbany Last Chance Meet in the 5000m...Had UR's best time of the season in the 10000m at the Bucknell Bison Classic, posting a time of 39:25.64.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Ran in five meets for Rochester during the winter...Earned season best result of 6th place in the 5000m twice on the year...Placed 21st in the 5k at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, posting a season best time of 19:34.71.
Outdoor: Participated at five meets...Was 2nd at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 10000m...Finished 7th in the 10k at the NYSTC Outdoor Championships in a seasons best time of 39:57.32...Turned that into a 28th place finish at the ECAC Championships two weeks later.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Competed in six meets during indoor schedule her freshman year...Won the 5000m at the RIT Orange/Brown Invitational in a time of 19:24.95 on Feb. 15...Placed 5th in the 3000m at the Brockport Alumni Run, her first collegiate meet...Ran in both the 3000m and 5000m at the NYSCTC Championships.
Outdoor: Spring season saw her run in six meets...Qualified for the 5000m and 10000m at the NYSCTC Championships...Earned 7th place finish in the 10k at the UR Alumni Invitational after running a time of 41:30.79.
HS: Attended Guilderland HS where she lettered in cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track and field for the Dutchmen...Named co-captain of XC team as a senior...Helped team to 2010 NYS Federation meet as a junior...Earned the President's Award and was a three-time scholar athlete.
