At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Team captain for the second straight season...Competed in eight meets...Set two new school records during the indoor season, coming in the long jump and on the 4x200m relay...Relay record came in 2nd place finish at the ECAC Indoor Championships where the foursome ran a time of 1:42.70...Ended 6th at ECAC's individually in the long jump...Posted school record long jump of 5.56m at the NYSCTC Championships winning performance, a distance that also ranked #23 in NCAA Division III...Also, won 4x200m relay at states and finished 3rd in both the 60m dash (8.07 seconds) and in the triple jump (UR season best 10.92m)...Had 13 top-8 performances during the season...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the triple jump.
Outdoor: Completed stellar Rochester career by participating in eight meets, including the Penn Relays, NYSCTC Championships and ECAC Championships...Set personal best marks in the 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump during the season, including setting a new school record in the long jump (5.65m) at the NYSCTC Championships...Ranked #25 in NCAA Division III in the long jump and #28 in the triple jump (11.53m) which both were the best marks by a UR jumper this season...Finished in 4th place in the long jump, 9th on the 4x100m relay and 17th in the triple jump at the ECAC Championships...Was a two-time NYSCTC champion, finishing 1st in the long jump and on the 4x100m relay...Added 3rd place in the 200m and 4th in the triple jump at states, helping UR finish 2nd in the team standings...15 top-8 finishes during the spring season...Named All-Academic selection by the USTFCCCA.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Named team captain as a junior...Competed in seven meets during indoor season...Was a state champion and made the podium in four events total at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Won 4x200m relay (1:45.74), was 5th in the 60m (8.16 sec.), 7th in the triple jump (10.65m) and 8th in the long jump (5.11m)...Had prelim of 8.09 seconds in the 60m, posting the 2015 UR teams fastest time...Ran on 4x200m relay which ended 6th at the ECAC Championships, also finishing 10th in the long jump...Had four event wins on the season, including a long jump of 5.37m at the RIT Early Season Invitational, a team best this season.
Outdoor: Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in three events, placing 9th in the long jump, 14th on the 4x100m relay and 21st in the 200m...Helped 4x100m relay set a new school record of 49.32 seconds in a 4th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships...Also, ended 6th in the long jump, 7th in the 200m and 8th in the triple jump at the state meet...Had a PR of 25.96 seconds in the 200m at the UAlbany Last Chance Meet on May 9...Ranked 44th in NCAA Division III in the long jump after her 5.48m performance at the Albany meet...Recorded eight other top-8 finishes, including three at the UR Alumni Invitational.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Had great sophomore season indoors...Earned 10 top-5 finishes across eight meets...Participated at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the long jump (21st) and on the 4x200m relay (9th)...Earned spot on the podium in three events at the NYSCTC Championships, finishing 2nd in the 4x200m relay, 4th in the long jump and 6th in the 60m...Helped UR set a new school record of 1:45.91 in the 4x200m relay at the Bomber Invitational on Feb. 15...Was first at the Brockport Invitational in the long jump, recording a distance of 5.46m which ended the season as the 26th best jump in NCAA Division III.
Outdoor: Turned in remarkable outdoor season which culminated in her first appearance at the NCAA Division III Championships where she placed 18th in the long jump with a distance of 5.28m....Finished 7th in the long jump at the ECAC Outdoor Championships while also running on the 4x100m relay...At the NYSCTC Championships was 2nd in the long jump, 5th in the 4x100m and 9th in the 200m...Overall, earned four wins and three runner-up finishes in eight total meets...Distance of 5.62m in the long jump at the ROC City Classic ranked 22nd nationally at the end of the season.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Was one of UR's top athletes as a freshman...Competed in both the long jump and on the 4x200m relay at the ECAC Indoor Championships, earning 9th (5.30m) and 15th (1:46.78) respectively...Won the long jump in her first college meet, posting a distance of 5.18m at the Brockport Alumni Run...Competed in three events at the NYSCTC Championships, earning 2nd on the 4x200m relay...Was 2nd in the long jump at the Brockport Invitational on Feb. 2, jumping a UR season best distance of 5.32m.
Outdoor: Earned eight total top-3 finishes during the spring season...Was a triple winner (200m, long jump, 4x400m relay) at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Mar. 30...Was on the 3rd place 4x100m relay team at the NYSCTC Championships...Also, earned 9th in the long jump and 200m at states...Posted a season best time for a Yellowjacket runner of :26.43 in a 3rd place run in the 200m at the Oneonta State May Meet...Placed 14th in the long jump (season best 5.41m) at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, also competing in the 200m dash.
HS: At Shaker High School (Latham, NY) she participated in varsity soccer and track & field...She was named the captain of the track & field team for her junior and senior years...She was named the team MVP all four years...Her senior year she helped the Bisons be crowned as the Suburban Council champions and Sectional champions...Personal bests are :12.4 in the 100m, :25.2 in the 200m, :59.8 in the 400m, 19'1'' in the long jump, and 36'3'' in the triple jump...She was a scholar-athlete and a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society.
