At UR 2015-16: Indoor: The senior was named a team captain in her final season...Set indoor best marks in both throwing events during the winter season...Tossed 12.08m in the shot put at the RIT Early Season Invitational, finishing in 2nd place while also recording a weight throw mark of 11.20m later in the season...Ended 9th in the shot put at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a toss of 11.76m, one week after finishing 6th at the NYSCTC meet in the same event with an mark of 11.87m...Finished inside the top-10 on seven occasions.
Outdoor: Capped Yellowjacket career with two scoring performances in three tries at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Also, competed in two events at the ECAC Championships...Was 3rd in the discus at states (39.13m) and 5th in the shot put (career best 12.34m) while also ending 10th in the javelin...Finished 11th at ECAC's in the discus and 15th in the shot put...Had UR's top javelin result this season, recording a toss of 31.55m in a runner-up finish at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational...Was the javelin event winner at the Rochester Spring Invite on Apr. 30...Only finished worse than 6th place five times in 19 events entered during spring season.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in eight meets indoors as a junior...Tossed a season best distance of 11.89m in the shot put at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Qualified for ECAC's and ended 31st in the shot put...Had six other top-5 finishes during the season in the shot put, including a 3rd place at the Brockport Golden Eagle Run on Feb. 21...Selected as team captain for 2014-15 season.
Outdoor: Again was a very consistent thrower for the Yellowjackets...Scored in three events at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, placing 4th in discus (36.52m), 5th in the javelin (31.69m) and 7th in the shot put (11.45m)...Qualified for ECAC's in the discus and shot put, placing 16th and 21st respectively...Had nine other top-8 finishes including three at the UR Alumni Invitational where she recorded a PR in the discus of 37.98m...Her win in javelin at the SJFC Cardinal Classic also was a new personal best distance of 35.45m.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in seven meets indoors during sophomore campaign...Earned 5th place at the NYSCTC Championships in the shot put, tossing an indoor best distance of 11.34m...Was 4th at the RIT Early Season Invitational in the shot put.
Outdoor: Was one of the most consistent athletes on Rochester during the spring...Overall, competed in six meets (14 total events) and had 12 finishes in the top-8...Placed 7th in the shot put and 8th in the discus at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Season best result of 2nd in the shot put at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Apr. 26.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Posted the top distance in the shot put by a UR competitor in the 2012-13 indoor season, earning 5th place with a toss of 9.98m at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Participated in the shot put and finished 14th at the NYSCTC Championships.
Outdoor: Freshman had a great spring season, competing in eight meets...Competed in three events at the NYSCTC Championships with her best finish being 8th in the javelin (31.40m)...Also, competed at states in the shot put (10th, season best 10.54m) and discus (14th, 28.09m)...Earned nine total top-8 finishes in throwing events during the spring season...Posted team high distances in both discus and shot put for 2013 season.
HS: Holmdel HS graduate where she played soccer, basketball, lacrosse and track and field for the Hornets...Captained soccer and basketball teams as a senior, lacrosse as a junior...Earned soccer Offensive MVP and lacrosse Offensive MVP honors...Holds the high school record in the shot put, with a toss of 37'1''...Member of the Latin and National Honor Societies.
