At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Participated in eight meets during indoor season of junior year...Finished 3rd in both the weight throw and shot put at the NYSCTC Championships, helping UR to finish 2nd in the team scoring...Was 7th in the weight throw and 10th in the shot put at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Tossed a season best 12.82m in the shot put at the state meet and ended up being ranked inside the top-40 of NCAA Division III...Also, had UR's top weight throw distance of 15.50m from her win at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational...Posted two event wins and 10 other top-8 performances...Earned All-Region accolades from the USTFCCCA in the shot put.
Outdoor: Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in three events, the shot put, discus and hammer throw, finishing in 10th, 16th and 24th respectively...Top-8 in all three of those events at the NYSCTC meet, finishing runner-up in the shot put with a season best 12.73 meter toss, a mark which ranked inside the top-50 of NCAA Division III...Also, was 6th in the discus and 8th in the hammer throw...Set personal best in the hammer (44.29m) at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet, taking home 6th place...Finished inside the top-8 on 12 occasions during the spring...Had UR's top marks this season in the shot put and hammer throw.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Continued strong start to track and field career...Competed in eight meets indoors, including the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Placed 9th in the shot put and 28th in the weight throw at ECAC's...Ended 4th in the shot put at the state meet where she also was 11th in the weight throw...Had a great meet at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational when she won the shot put with a school record toss of 13.17m which ended the season ranked 28th in NCAA Division III...Captured 2nd at MIT as well in the weight throw with a UR season best distance of 15.03m.
Outdoor: Had a great season outdoors, qualifying in two events for both the ECAC and NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Runner-up in both the discus and shot put at the state meet, including tossing a season long and UR team best this season of 12.68m in the shot put...Ended 13th in the discus at ECAC's (36.77m) and 18th in the shot put...Had five other top-8 finishes including a two top-3's at the UR Alumni Invitational where she had a season best perfomance of 40.54m in the discus.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Made an immediate impact in the field events for Rochester as a freshman...Earned a NYSCTC indoor title with her toss of 12.27m in the shot put, a UR season best which ended up being ranked 72nd in NCAA Division III...Also, placed 9th at states in the weight throw...Qualified for the ECAC Championships in both events, finished 12th in each, including tossing a season best 14.75m in the weight throw, also ranking in the top-100 in the nation.
Outdoor: Continued strong first year at UR in the spring...Earned two 4th place finish at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the shot put and discus...Tossed a UR season best of 36.11m in the discus throw...Won the SUNY G Open shot put event with an 11.83m throw, the best on UR during the spring.
HS: Three sport athlete at Amherst County HS where she played volleyball, basketball and track and field for the Lancers...Earned four varsity letters in volleyball, was team captain as a senior...Two time All-District selection on the basketball court and named team MVP in track and field in her junior and senior years...Broke school record four times in discus throw and reached states twice...Class Valedictorian and member of the National Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa.
