At UR 2019: Kept improving as a senior and earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after a 28th place result at the Atlantic Region meet...Finished 138th at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping Rochester finish 18th as a team...Had an average finish of 43.71 on the year, fourth on Rochester and was inside UR's top-5 runners in all seven races she competed in...Finished 8th at the SLU Ronald Hoffman Invitational and was 14th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Was 23rd at the UAA Championships in a lifetime best 6k time of 22:51.6...Win-Loss record of 1420-299 on the season, good for a 83% winning percentage against all other runners...Earned UAA All-Academic honors for the third straight season...USTFCCCA All-Academic...Named CoSIDA Academic All-American and was elected Phi Beta Kappa during the spring.

At UR 2018: Consistently was one of UR's scoring runners as a junior...Competed at the NCAA Division III Championships, finishing 175th in a career-best 6k time of 23:05.4...Ended 54th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and 40th at the UAA Championships...Season-best result of 23rd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, helping Rochester end as runner-up in the team standings...Named to UAA All-Academic team and USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

At UR 2017: Appeared in five events as a sophomore...Best finish came at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational where she took 13th in the 4k and helped her team to a first place finish at the meet...Was top-50 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Participated at the UAA Championships in late October...A member of the UAA All-Academic team for the fall season.

At UR 2016: Tied for the team lead by running in six events...Started out season strong, finishing in 7th place at the St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational...Was part of UR's top-5 runners on two occasions...Finished just outside of top-100 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational and was inside the top-50 at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational.

HS: Earned multiple letters for Westfield HS in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Named co-captain of 2015 cross country team and 2016 outdoor track and field team...Team MVP of XC as a senior when she also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention accolades...Personal best of 2:19.80 in the 800 meters...Helped set new school record in both the indoor and outdoor 4x800 meter relay...Team earned conference title in 2014 and 2015 and was fourth in the state sectionals in both years...Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Older brother Dan '18, attended Rochester and participated on the UR men's swimming and diving team.
