At UR 2020: Was off to a terrific start to senior season before seeing the year cut short...Hit .556 (10-18) with 4 doubles, 4 RBI and 2 runs scored for Rochester...Perfect 18-for-18 on fielding chances...Had three multi-hit games, including back-to-back 3-hit contests at Pomona-Pitzer on Mar. 7...Added one walk and one hit by pitch for a .571 on-base percentage...Ranks top-10 in UR program history in runners caught stealing (3rd, 29), putouts (6th, 590) and fielding chances (8th, 675)...Elected team captain...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2019: Kept improving as a junior, setting career-highs with a .344 average, 55 hits, 26 runs, 14 doubles and 29 RBI...Named 3rd Team All-NY Region by the ABCA and was a 2nd Team All-Liberty League choice...Added 2 triples, 3 home runs (.513 slugging), 16 walks and an on-base percentage of .411...Made 43 starts during the year...Recorded a UR-best 14-game hitting streak on the season, also having 2+ hits in 16 games, second most on the team...Ranked top-5 in the Liberty League in at-bats (1st, 160), hits (2nd), doubles (4th), stolen bases (11, 4th), putouts (235, 4th) and runners caught stealing (7, 4th)...Played catcher, 1st base and outfield for UR, showing versatility...Went 3-4 with 4 RBI and 2 runs in Rochester's big win over RPI on May 9, opening up Liberty League Tournament play...Drove in four runs and had two hits, including a home run against Union on Apr. 28...Had three hits and three stolen bases in win over Brockport on Mar. 27...Finished in the top-5 in a single-season at Rochester in both at bats (T-3rd) and doubles (T-5th)...Liberty League All-Academic honoree.
At UR 2018: Honored with 1st Team All-Liberty League accolades with another strong season as a sophomore...Hit .313 (42-134) with 19 runs, 3 doubles, 2 triples and 13 RBI...Started 35 of 36 games...Drew 17 walks and 6 HBP for a .411 on-base percentage, fourth on UR...Reached base safely in 33 straight games to end the season...Had 14-multi-hit games, ranking second on the team...Defensively, made 213 putouts with 22 assists and 8 errors for a .967 percentage, both playing catcher and first base...Threw out eight runners attempting to steal and was a part of 11 double plays...Ranked 6th in the Liberty League in runners caught stealing, 8th in chances, 9th in putouts and 12th in hits...Recorded two 3-hit games in the RPI series on Mar. 30-31...Was 3-5 with two RBI and two stolen bases against St. Lawrence on Apr. 8.
At UR 2017: Impressed both offensively and defensively as a freshman, appearing in 29 games (28 starts) for UR, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades...Hit .299 (26-87) with 18 runs, 16 RBI, 6 doubles, 1 triple and 1 home run...Added 17 walks for an on-base pct. of .415 while also slugging .425 on the year...Recorded 128 putouts and 31 assists with just one error for a .994 fielding percentage, including throwing out 12 potential base stealers and adding four more pickoffs...12 runners caught stealing was the fourth most in a single-season in Rochester history and was third in the Liberty League...Was first on UR in on-base percentage and tied for first in runs and RBI...Ended second on the team in average, slugging, doubles and walks...Had excellent game against Clarkson on Apr. 1, going 3-4 with a run and 5 RBI...Had an 8-game hitting streak, second longest by a UR player this season and also reached base in 12 straight, tied for the longest on the team.
HS:Â Graduated from St. Petersburg HS where he lettered for four seasons in baseball for the Green Devils...Named team captain as a senior when he also was team MVP...Earned Pinellas South County 1st Team, Pinellas All-County 2nd Team and Tampa Bay All-Region 3rd Team...Also, was a member of the Senior Pinellas County All-Star team.
