At UR 2019: Consistently finished inside the top-3 Yellowjacket finishers as a senior...Overall, was second on the team with a 26.86 average finish and 89.5% winning percentage against opposing runners...Had five top-20 finishes, including 12th at the Atlantic Region Championships, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the process...Was 9th at the Yellowjacket Invitational and 10th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Finished as the third UR runner at the NCAA Division III Championships, crossing the finish in 107th place...Career-best 6k time of 22:09.9 at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19, finishing 23rd of 384 runners...Honored for work in the classroom as a UAA and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2018: Great year as a junior, ranking as one of UR's best runner's across six meets...Earned All-Region honors after a 27th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional...25th place result at the UAA Championships and finished 161st at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping UR end 21st in the nation...Ranked 5th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...Career-best 6k time of 22:23.9 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Defeated over 80% of opposing runners...UAA All-Academic...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017: Appeared in six events as a sophomore...Had a top-15 finish at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational where her team took first place...Participated in the UAA Championships in late October...Placed in the top-100 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional where UR placed 7th of 41 total teams...Received UAA All-Academic honors for the fall season. 

At UR 2016: The freshman competed in six events for Rochester, tying for the most on the team...Was a top-5 finisher among UR runners twice, including at the St. John Fisher Early Season Opener to kick-off the year...Placed 44th at the Roberts Wesleyan College Harry Anderson Invitational...Had a season best 6k time of 23:48.2 at the Rowan University Border Battle.

HS: Attended Mynderse Academy where she played soccer and ran track and field for the Blue Devils...Earned Most Improved award in track as a sophomore, transitioning to team MVP as a senior...Earned All-League honors as a sophomore in the 2000 meter steeplechase...Personal best of 5:32.39 in the 1500 meters and 12:06.64 in the 3000 meters...Was also on soccer team that won sectional title in 2015.
