At UR 2019: Remarkable senior season, ranking as Rochester's top finisher in six of her seven races...Defeated over 92% of opposing runners, earning a W/L record of 1589-130...Finished 8th at the Atlantic Regionals, 11th at the UAA Championships and had three other top-10 finishes, including a 3rd place result at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors and was 2nd Team All-UAA selection...Placed 84th at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping Rochester to an 18th place finish...Two-time UAA Athlete of the Week...Lifetime best 6k time of 22:05.3 at the Connecticut College Invitational, crossing the finish in 22:05.3, good for 19th place of 384 runners...Average finish of 19.57...Selected UAA All-Academic...Also, USTFCCCA All-Academic for the second straight year.

At UR 2018: The junior was one of Rochester's top-5 runners all season long, competing in six meets, second most on the team...Finished 193rd at the NCAA Division III Championships in 23:12.9...Ranked 46th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and 33rd at the UAA Championships...Placed a season-best 17th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, beating nearly 200 runners...Career-best 6k time of 23:02.0 at the Rowan Inter Regional Border Battle...Earned UAA All-Academic accolades for the second straight season...Named All-Academic from the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2017: Competed in four meets as a sophomore...Had a season best 39th place finish at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational, helping her team take first place in that event...Was top-80 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Sept. 30...Named to the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Appeared in five events during freshman season...Was a top-5 finisher on UR's team twice, including in season opening St. John Fisher Early Season Invitational where she ended 30th...Earned spot in top-100 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Had a season best 6k time of 24:12.9 at the Rowan University Border Battle, competing in the open race.

HS: Attended Palmyra Macedon HS where she lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Red Raiders...Was a 2-time track and field team captain, also leading cross country team as a senior...Combined to win seven team MVP awards across the three sports in her career...Was a 1st Team All-League selection in cross country and earned the award seven times during track season...Anchored 4x800 meter relay to sectional titles for four straight years...Personal best of 4:59.06 in the 1500 meters...Earned an IB Diploma, was Secretary of the Foreign Language Club, member of the National Honor Society and was a Student Council Representative.
