At UR 2023: Senior raced in five meets...Set a 6k PR of 24:08.9 at the Mike Woods Invitational...Ran to a season-high finish (63rd, 25:28.4) at the UAA Championships...Competed at the NCAA Niagara Regional and finished 89th out of a field of 147 competitors...Earned UAA All-Academic recognition for the third-straight season.

At UR 2022: Competed in five meets...Opened season with a 25th-place finish and 4k PR of 16:11.0 at the Highlander XC Short Course...Set a new 6k PR at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 24:38.3...Named a Provost Circle Scholar for outstanding academic performance...Also earned UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2021: Ran three times as a sophomore...Finished 30th at the Rowan Border Battle open race, clocking in with a 6K time of 26:15.2...Was 34th at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite...Ended just outside the top-100 at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...UAA All-Academic.

HS: Lettered in cross country, track & field and soccer at Vista del Lago HS...Also, participated in club soccer with Placer United Soccer Club.
