At UR 2023: Competed in a team-high seven meets...Scored USTFCCCA All-Region honors with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA Niagara Regional and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Championships...Also set a new 6k PR at the Regional Championships, crossing the finish line in 21:56.6...Finished 147th out of 293 competitors at the NCAA Championships, clocking in at 22:49.6...UR's top finisher at UAAs, with a 24th-place result (23:05.3)...Five top-25 results and six top-50 finishes...Team-best 85.27 win-loss percentage against opposing runners...Opened the year with an individual win at the Highlander Short Course (1st, 10:40.1), helping UR claim the Short Course Title for the second-straight year...Added another top-10 finish at the Paul Short Run, finishing 9th with a time of 22:50.4...UAA All-Academic selection...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2022: Appeared in six meets during sophomore campaign...Opened the season with a 3rd-place finish and 4k PR of 15:05.8 at the Highlander Short Course...Set a new 6k PR of 23:19.7 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Finished 40th (24:13.9) at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection...Also earned UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2021: Competed twice on the course for Rochester as a sophomore...Ended 24th of 166 runners in the open race at the Rowan Border Battle on Oct. 16...Had a season-best 6K time of 25:20.3 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish in 128th place...Member of the UAA All-Academic team during the fall.

HS: Graduated from Waterloo HS where she participated on the cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field teams...Captained Indians teams as a senior...Voted team MVP for cross country and indoor track as a senior when she also was selected Athlete of the Year...Earned seven straight 1st Team All-League honors in cross country, also being 1st Team All-League in the 3000m indoors...Was Section V Class C individual 3K champion with a time of 11:17...Personal best 5K time of 21:05...Helped Waterloo win four straight Wayne Finger Lakes Eastern Division titles...Section V Class C champions in 2016 and 2018...Class of 2020 Secretary...President of the National Honor Society...Varsity Club VP and was also member of Interact Club and Student Council.
