At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Seven meet appearances...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in both the long jump and triple jump, earning podium finishes in both events...Finished 5th in the long jump with a 6.49 meter mark and was 5th in the triple jump, posting a distance of 12.86 meters...Had 10 total top-8 finishes during the season, including three coming at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, as he placed 3rd in the 60 meters (7.38 seconds), 6th in the triple jump (12.88m) and 7th in the long jump (6.45m)...Placed runner-up in the long jump at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up with a jump of 6.76 meters, just one centimeter off his indoor PR.

Outdoor: The senior competed at seven competitions during the outdoor campaign...Scored for the Yellowjackets in the long jump at the AARTFC Championships, ending 8th with a 6.91 meter jump...Added 11th place finish at regionals in the triple jump...Had career-best jumps in the long jump (7.04 meters) and triple jump (13.74 meters) at the Liberty League Championships, ending the competition in 3rd place across both events...Was Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in both the long and triple jump and was USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region in the long jump, securing a top-5 regional ranking...Had three wins during the horizontal jumps on the season, coming in three straight weeks in April...Tallied ten total top-10 results...Received Liberty League All-Academic praise for the third year in a row.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Ran in eight meets, earning seven Top-10 finishes...Scored in two events for Rochester at the Liberty League Championships, finishing third in the long jump (6.77m) to earn Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors, as well as fifth in the triple jump (13.12m)...Qualified for regionals in the long jump and finished 17th with a jump of  6.38m...Finished in the Top 10 of both the long jump (7th, 6.39m) and triple jump (8th, 12.65m) at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport meet on Jan. 21...Scored a third-place finish in the long jump (6.66m) in the long jump at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Outdoor: Junior jumper appeared in six meets during the outdoor season...Recorded a pair of podium finishes for the Yellowjackets at Liberty Leagues in the long jump (8th, 6.84m) and the triple jump (5th, 13.41m), setting a new personal-best jump in the triple...Competed in the long jump at regionals, placing 22nd (6.35m)...Scored another PR in the 100 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29, placing 15th in the prelims with a time of 11.36...Placed in the top 10 of the jumping events eight out of nine times...Scored three Top-6 results at the UR Alumni Invite on April 22, finishing 5th in the 4x100 (45.03) and 6th in both the long jump (6.69m) and triple jump (13.05m)...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Competed at seven meets indoors during sophomore season...Finished 6th in the Liberty League long jump, clearing 6.63 meters to help Rochester claim its first ever conference title...Had ten total top-10 results during the season, including a pair of 5th place finishes in both the long jump and triple jump at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 11...Started season strong with a 4th place result in the long jump at the Nazareth Alumni Invite...Season-long distances of 6.61 meters in the long jump and 13.18 meters in the triple jump.

Outdoor: Was a performer at eight meets during the outdoor season...Qualified for the Liberty League and AARTFC meets...Finished 7th in the triple jump and 13th in the long jump at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Ended 21st in the long jump at regionals...12 top-10 results on the year, including three 4th place finishes...Had two 5th place result at the Lynchburg Dr. Jack Toms Invitational in late March...Season-best marks of 6.77 meters in the long jump and 13.35 meters in the triple jump...Member of UR's contingent on the Liberty League All-Academic team for the spring season.

At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Finished top-2 in both events he entered at the Nazareth Triangular in late February...Winning jump in the triple jump was 12.87 meter and finished runner-up in long jump with 6.44 meter leap...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the triple jump.

Outdoor: Started out career with five top-2 results across first two outdoor meets, including four wins in the horizontal jumps...Earned back-to-back Liberty League Rookie of the Week awards in the process...Season-best marks of 6.88 meters in the long jump and 13.24 meters in the triple jump at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3...Finished season by competing in the long jump at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, placing 15th...Finished season with six wins and seven other top-8 results.

HS: Graduated from Catonsville HS...Participated on the Comets track & field, cross country and lacrosse teams...Named 2020 indoor track & field captain...2018 Most Improved, 2019 team MVP in track & field...Personal best of 6.18 meters in the long jump and 13.1 meters in the triple jump.
