At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Junior distance runner ran in five meets during the indoor season...Competed in both the 3000 (21st, 9:05.69) and 5000 meters (17th, 15:35.65) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 meters and placed 32nd with a time of 9:11.46...Scored three Top-10 results...Set a new personal-best and season-high finish in the 5000 meters, coming in third with a time of 14:53.25 at the FastTrack National Invitational on Feb. 10...Opened the year with a seventh-place finish in the 3000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, running a new PR 8:40.45 time.

Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters in four meets...Finished 20th in the 5,000 meters at Liberty Leagues, crossing the finish line in 15:27.31...Ran a season's-best time of 15:07.94 in the 5,000 meters, finishing 52nd at the Duke Invitational in early April.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in six meets during sophomore season...Competed at AARTFC Championships and ended 17th in the 3000 meters, running a time of 8:42.83, a season-best...Ended 8th at the Liberty League Championships in the 3k...Had three top-10 results on the season, including 8th place at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22...Competed for UR at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational in mid-February.

Outdoor: Ran five times outdoors...Finished 23rd at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the 5000 meters...12th place result in the 5k at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, posting a season-best 15:11.98 time...Captured 1st place in the 5000 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi, just two weeks after ending as runner-up in the same event at the Rochester Spring Classic...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran in one event at the Nazareth Triangular to open rookie campaign...Finished 10th in the 3000 meters.

Outdoor: Six appearances during first season outdoors with the Yellowjackets...Finished 11th in the Liberty League West Championships, coming in the 1500 meters (4:22.62)...Posted season-best time of 4:15.00 in the 1500 meters at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3...Earned season-best 6th place result in the 1500 meters at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1.

HS: Attended Westfield HS...Earned multiple letters in cross country (4x), indoor track & field (2x) and outdoor track & field (3x)...3-time All-County and 2-time All-Conference in cross country...Earned 1st Place at Union County Conference Championship...Personal best of 16:28 in 5000m...Helped Blue Devils to two North 2 Group 4 Sectional titles and three Union County championships.
