At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Finished off UR career by running in seven meets as a senior...Posted indoor personal-best time of 52.40 seconds in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Championships, ranking 11th in the field...Was a key member of Rochester's 4x400 meter relay throughout the season, ranking in the top-8 five times throughout the season...Competed at the Boston U. David Hemery Valentine Invitational in February in both the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Finished 9th in the 500 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8.

Outdoor: Appeared at six meets...Finished off season running a new personal-best 51.59 second time in the 400 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, scoring a 13th place result...Had two top-5 finishes at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14, running the 4x400 meter relay (4th) and 800 meters (5th)...Liberty League All-Academic Team member...Elected Phi Beta Kappa.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Junior competed in five indoor meets...Opened the season with two Top-10 results at the Nazareth Alumni Invite in the 4x400 relay (9th, 3:37.31) and the 1000 meters (10th, 2:45.61)...Overall earned six Top-10 results on the season...Season's-best fifth-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4, clocking in at 3:35.81, while individually scoring a sixth-place finish in the 600 meters (1:25.03).

Outdoor: Ran in five meets during the outdoor season...Qualified for Liberty Leagues in the 800 meters, finishing 30th (2:05.81) in the prelims...Recorded a pair of Top-10 results...Helped UR's 4x400 meter relay score a seventh-place result (3:36.00) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 22...Also ran a season's-best time (20th, 2:01.36) in the 800 meters inside Fauver Stadium...Opened the outdoor season with a fifth-place finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the RIT Invitational on April 8...Provost Circle Scholar...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared six times as a sophomore...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League accolades in the DMR, helping Rochester post a time of 10:41.16 in runner-up finish at the conference championships...Also, ended 8th in the 800 meters at the Liberty League meet, running an indoor PR of 1:58.59...Was on winning 4x400 meter relay at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22, while also placing 6th individually in the 800 meters...Two top-5 results at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10.

Outdoor: Ran at six meets...Earned All-Liberty League Honorable Mention accolades, running on UR's 3rd place 4x400 meter relay team at the conference championships...Added a 20th place result in the 800 meters at the Liberty League meet...Top season result of 2nd place on the 4x400 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 30 where he also had a season-best 1:58.56 time in the 800 meters...Six total top-10 performances on the season...Named to Liberty League All-Academic Team.

At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran on Rochester's winning 4x400 meter relay (3:31.91) at the Nazareth Triangular during the indoor season...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades for that performance...Also, finished in 4th place in the 800 meters (2:03.13).

Outdoor: Seven meet appearances during first-year season outdoors...Placed 5th in the 800 meters at the Liberty League West Championships, crossing the finish in a season-best time of 1:59.32...Did not finish any worse than 6th place in 11 races during the season...Had three runner-up finishes, all coming on UR's 4x400 meter relay.

HS: Lettered in track and field and cross country for Nazareth Area HS...Earned four varsity letters in XC and three in track for the Blue Eagles.

Personal: Dad, Tim Voloshen '95, attended Rochester and was a member of UR's national champion cross country team in 1991. Tim was an All-American in XC (1994) and in outdoor track and field (1995, 1996).
