At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Capped off another impressive indoor campaign with USTFCCCA All-Region and First-Team All-Liberty League honors in the Heptathlon...Competed in eight meets...Qualified for the NCAA Championships with the 11th-best Heptathlon score in NCAA Division III, and finished 13th at the NCAA Championships, setting a new PR in the high jump (7th, 1.89m) and finishing Top 10 in three events...Won the Heptathlon at Liberty Leagues with a personal-best 4,813 score, setting new personal bests in both the 60 meters and 60 meter hurdles...Finished in the Top-5 of all seven events, winning the 60 meter hurdles and finishing second in four others...Earned three Top-10 finishes in the jumping events, including three at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 21.

Outdoor: Qualified and competed for Rochester in the Decathlon at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships to cap off the 2023 outdoor season, placing 20th with 5.783 points...Set new personal bests in the long jump (5th, 6.80m) and the 100 meters (14th, 11.49) while also placing in the Top 10 of the discus (9th, 34.40m)...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the decathlon after ranking 18th during the regular season in the event...Finished second in the Decathlon at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships to earn Second-Team All-League honors...Set a new personal-best score with 6.420 points, adding new PRs in the javelin (1st, 47.97m) and 400 meters (2nd, 51.34)...Placed in the top four in all 10 decathlon events at Liberty Leagues, winning the 100 meters (11.72) and long jump (6.66m) in addition to the javelin...Ran the 100 meter hurdles at the AARTFC, setting a new PR in the preliminaries with a 16.02 time in the prelims...Opened the year with a first-place finish in the decathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15 with a 6,401 point score...Finished in the top five of all 10 events at Brockport, setting a new personal-best vault in the pole vault (1st, 4.20m), while winning five events, including the pole vault...Took home first-place in the 1,500 meters (4:50.81), javelin throw (43.82m), high jump (1.88m) and long jump (6.52m) in addition to the pole vault...Also added second-place results at Brockport in the 110 meter hurdles, shot put and 100 meters...Overall, finished in the Top 10 of 22 decathlon events, and in the top five of 21 of 30 decathlon events...Added an additional Top-5 finish in the javelin at the UR Alumni Invitational with a 44.45m throw...Named Liberty League All-Academic...USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in five meets for the Yellowjackets in his first season on the River Campus...Had his best meet at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, placing second in the heptathlon with a score of 4,529 points, a career-best...That result included wins in the shot put, pole vault and 1,000 meters...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the heptathlon and ended the season ranked #28 in Division III...Three top-8 results at Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10, placing 5th in the high jump, 6th in the 4x400 meters and 8th in the shot put.

Outdoor: Completed first outdoor season with the Yellowjackets by qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championships in the decathlon, finishing in 14th place with a score of 6,377 points...Ended 6th at NCAA's among decathletes in the 1500 meters and shot put, running a PR of 4:41.94 in the final event of the competition...Ranked 16th in Division III in the decathlon with his 1st place score of 6,387 at the Geneseo Quad and Multi...USTFCCCA All-Region in the decathlon...Earned two All-Liberty League 2nd Team honors at the Liberty League Championships...Was second at the conference meet in the decathlon (5,819 points) and high jump (1.83m)...Six overall meet appearances and had four top-8 results...Earned All-Academic honors from the USTFCCCA.

At Stevens 2019-20: Indoor: Captured the Middle Atlantic Conference indoor title in the heptathlon, compiling a score of 4,518 points which ranked 40th across Division III...Score included wins in 1000 meters and shot put...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the high jump...Was 10th in high jump at MAC championships, clearing 1.78 meters.

At Stevens 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared in one meet for the Ducks.

Outdoor: Competed seven times during the spring season...Appeared at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships in three events, finishing 3rd in the high jump (1.82m), 11th in the discus (32.23m) and 12th in the javelin (36.13m)...Earned seventh in the discus at the TCNJ Invitational on Apr. 5, tossing a season-best 36.97 meters...Ended third in pole vault at Ram Invite, clearing 3.15 meters.

HS: Attended King Philip Regional HS...Member of track & field and cross country programs for the Warriors...Named team captain and MVP as a senior...MSTCA state decathlon champion in 2018.
