At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Made Yellowjacket debut as a sophomore, appearing in five meets indoors...Was on UR's 5th place 4x200 meter relay team at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Highest individual finish was 16th, coming in the 200 meters (23.90 seconds) at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20.

Outdoor: Competed five times...Had season-best times in both the 100 meters (11.70s) and 200 meters (23.34s) at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 26...Ran on two 4th place relays during the season, coming on the 4x100 meter relay at the UR Alumni Invitational and on the 4x400 meter relay at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

HS: Attended Lincoln HS...Participated in track & field as a sprinter and football as a WR/DB for the Cardinals...Named track & field sprints section captain for three years...MVP award as a senior...Finished top-8 at the 2022 OSAA 6A State Showcase in four events, including PR's in the 400 meters (49.18 seconds, 4th), 200 meters (22.34 seconds, 6th)...Added 3rd place finish in DMR at 2022 Nike Outdoor Nationals, running the 400 meter leg in 48.28 second FAT split...Helped team to OSAA 6A State Showcase 6th place finish.
