At UR 2024: Ran in six meets as a first-year, finishing in the top 50 twice and the top 100 four times...Competed at the UAA Championships on Nov. 2, running a season-best time of 24:29.1 (65th)...Clocked in at 16:09.0 at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14, good for 42nd place...Season-high 35th-place finish (24:55.9) at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5.

HS: Attended The Neuva School in San Mateo, CA...Ran cross country and track & field for the Mavericks...Two-year team captain as a junior and senior...Cross country league champion...Two-time 3200 League Champion, 1,600 League Champion and 4x800 Relay League Champion...Also ran for the Bay Meadows Track Club.
