At UR 2023: Ran in six meets as a sophomore, scoring one top-50 result and four top-100 finishes...Recorded a season-best 30th-place finish to open the year at the Highlander Short Course, crossing the finish line in 12:55.2...Finished 62nd at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Ran an 8k PR of 25:59.5 at the NCAA Niagara Regional, finishing 53rd out of 176 runners...UAA All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2022: First-year runner was solid as a cross country runner in 2022, competing in four races...Finished with a 65.8 win-loss percentage on the year...Placed 57th of over 250 runners in the open race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble...Helped Yellowjackets to a runner-up finish at the Houghton Highlander Short Course, running to 29th place in the season-opener...Finished as the top Yellowjacket runner at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, placing 123 of nearly 300 runners in 27:19.9.

HS: Attended Irondequoit HS...Earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field for the Eagles...Two-time team captain in each sport...Cross Country and indoor track & field Most Improved Award as a sophomore...Team MVP for both track & field squads in junior and senior season...Earned total of nine All-County awards (7 1st Team) across the three sports...Eagles track & field programs combined for nine sectional titles...PR's of :50.34 (400m), 1:54.95 (800m), 2:39.97 (1000m), and 16:55.50 (5K)...Helped 4x800 meter relay team earn 5th place indoors and 2nd place outdoors at the NYSPHSAA Championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
