Conner Lorenzo

Conner Lorenzo is in his fourth year at the University of Rochester. This is his third year acting as the Head Athletic Performance Specialist and second year as the Program Coordinator for the Fitness Science Program of URMC Orthopedics and Physical Performance Department.
 
Conner is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Board Certified Athletic Trainer, and holds a number of other performance/movement credentials (USAW, FMS-C, SFMA-1). He received his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Fredonia State University and his Masters in Athletic Training from Daemen College.
 
Following his Masters, he was an Intern with the Buffalo Bills Athletic Training staff from 2017-18. He has a significant background in rehabilitation and brings a unique set of skills to our weight room.

Lorenzo is also in his first year working with the Rochester Baseball team.
 
Conner is a Rochester native with a significant background in baseball. He played his college ball at Fredonia State University, earning All SUNYAC honors. He was team captain in 2013-14. While in college he played in the well-respected Coastal Plain Collegiate League and was selected as a League All-Star.
 
Following his college career, Conner played professionally in the PECOS League and spent time in the Pioneer League.
 
He has significant coaching experience for local travel organizations including the Academy Stars out of Buffalo, NY.
