Bridget Elison joins the University of Rochester coaching staff for the 2021 season as a volunteer assistant coach for field hockey.
A recent graduate of Millersville University, Elison has collegiate field hockey playing experience at both Millersville (D-II) and Long Island University-Brooklyn (D-I).
For LIU-Brooklyn, Elison made seven appearances in goal over two seasons with the Blackbirds, while also being named to the MAAC Academic Honor Roll, MAAC All-Academic Team and NFHCA Academic Squad.
At Millersville, she appeared in three games as goalie in 2019 and did not allow a goal. She was named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete in both her junior and senior seasons and earned Dean's List accolades.
Elison was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory at both institutions. She graduated from Millersvile with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics.
She is currently enrolled at UR's Simon Business School, working towards her Masters degree in Finance.
