Bailey joins the Rochester football coaching staff in 2016.

Prior to joining the Yellowjacket staff, Bailey served as an assistant coach at Gannon University for the last two seasons.  While coaching for the Golden Knights, he coached defensive backs and served as the teams video coordinator.

Bailey also was an assistant coach at his former high school, North East HS in North East, Pennsylvania, serving as a defensive backs and quarterbacks coach.
