In 2011, Rochester had the Liberty League's second-best rushing defense (120 ypg). Coached three All-liberty League defensive linemen in 2010 and 2011.
Came to the University in 2008 through the NCAA Internship Program. Was a student assistant in 2006 then assistant with the linebackers at Buffalo State in Spring 2007. Moved to Hamilton College as a defensive line coach for 2007 season. Joined Utica College staff in December, 2007 as a graduate assistant.
As a player, was a four-year starter at Buffalo State College. Holds an associate’s degree from Alfred State and a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State.
