2014 is Lees' seventh on the Yellowjacket coaching staff, and his second as Defensive Coordinator.
In 2013, Rochester was 4th in the Liberty League in total defense (334.0 ypg) and 2nd in passing defense (142.3 ypg). Â Coached one All-League defensive lineman in 2013.
Came to the University in 2008 through the NCAA Internship Program. Was a student assistant in 2006 then assistant with the linebackers at Buffalo State in Spring 2007. Moved to Hamilton College as a defensive line coach for 2007 season. Joined Utica College staff in December, 2007 as a graduate assistant.
As a player, was a four-year starter at Buffalo State College. Holds an associate’s degree from Alfred State and a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State.
