Ladd will be serving as a student assistant for the Yellowjacket football team beginning with the 2019 season.
His first two years on the River Campus, Ladd was a running back on the UR football team. He appeared in five games, accumulating 45 rushing yards on 13 attempts, also recording six kickoff returns for a grand total of 91 yards.
