Jeff Juron

2014-15 is the fifth season for Jeff on the Yellowjacket bench as an assistant on the men's basketball team. He returned to the River Campus from Skidmore College where he served as an assistant coach under current UR head coach Luke Flockerzi for the 2009-10 season. At Skidmore, he was actively involved in recruiting, practice planning, and execution. Juron worked with players, both individually and on a team basis, using film sessions and on-court instruction to prepare for games.

He was a four-year letterwinner and starter at Rochester from 2003-04 to 2007-08. He helped Rochester to three NCAA Division III playoff appearances, including a spot in the 2005 national championship game. Rochester won the University Athletic Association title in 2005 and won two JPMorgan Chase Tournament titles with Juron in the starting lineup. He was accorded Honorable Mention status from the UAA coaches in all four of his varsity seasons. He graduated in May 2008 with dual degrees in political science and English.

Following his graduation from Rochester, Juron played one season of basketball as the starting point guard for BC Vlijmscherp in Den Bosch, Netherlands. He coached a youth team and participated in instructional clinics for the community. In May 2014, Juron earned an M.S. in Business Administration from the Simon School of Business
