Assistant Coach Ben Harmon joined the Yellowjacket golf program during the 2018-2019 season.
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Coach Harmon has been around the game of golf his entire life and brings a unique perspective to the team.
Having grown up in one of golf’s great families, Coach Harmon has been fortunate to have been around the games great players, professionals, instructors, and coaches. His father, Craig Harmon, was the longtime Head Golf Professional at the Yellowjackets home course, Oak Hill Country Club, a place Coach Harmon also grew up working in the golf shop and caddying. The Harmon family history will serve as a perfect foundation for Coach Harmon to come in and help grow the golf program, recruit top student-athletes, coach and mentor players.
Coach Harmon graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2014 and is currently a Strategic Account Manager for Casella Waste Systems.
