At UR 2011-12:  Earned two straight top-25s to start off the fall season of his senior year...Placed 18th at the Hamilton Quadrangular (80-78=158) and 23rd at the Tim Brown Invitational (82-79=161)...Earned two top 10s in the spring season, placing 9th at the UAA Championships (75-77=152) and T-7th at the UR Fred Kravetz Memorial (79-78=157)...Averaged 81.5 during his 10 rounds during the spring season.

At UR 2010-11:  As a junior, he finished tied for the best score in the Hamilton Invitational, as both Wien and Hamilton's Greg Scott finished with a 149.....Wien's performance helped lead the Yellowjackets to a victory in the Hamilton Invitational, as Rochester defeated Hamilton 604-609, and Wien was later named Liberty League and UAA Golfer of the Week for his performance in that tournament.
