Civiletti recently completed his second season as Director of Rowing with the University of Rochester program in 2024-25, having joined the Yellowjackets from Three Rivers Rowing Association in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He began his time with Rochester as an assistant coach, before being named the Interim Director of Rowing for the 2023-24 season.

In his first season two seasons as head of the program, Rochester's women secured multiple medals at the Head of the Genesee, competed at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta and placed in the top-4 multiple times at the Liberty League Championships. Rochester was nationally ranked within Division III in both seasons. Four individuals have been named All-Liberty League, 17 received CRCA Scholar-Athlete awards and 28 were members of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
Over five years with Three Rivers Rowing Association, Civiletti worked in a variety of different roles, serving as both the head varsity boys coach and U19/U23 race camp lead coach from 2017-22, as well as an executive assistant for four years before being promoted to campus manager.

With Three Rivers, Civiletti oversaw the two boathouses and helped his crews earn a Top-10 finish at the Head of the Charles.

In addition to his roles with the Three Rivers Rowing Association, Civiletti wrote the USRowing Olympic Development Camp Curriculum in 2021, currently serves on the USRowing ADM Taskforce, working to design age-appropriate rowing content and training guidelines.Â

Civiletti began his rowing coaching career with the North Allegheny Rowing Club, serving as the men’s coach/head coach from Sept. 2015 through June 2018, overseeing a scholastic rowing program for 50+ athletes and helping his crews reach the podium at Stotesbury and the Scholastic Rowing Association of America® (SRAA) for the first time in 10 yards.

Civiletti earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA in Aug. 2017.
