Aleks Dombrowski joins the Rochester men's soccer coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2018 season.
Dombrowski, a 2018 graduate of UR, was a team captain for the 2017 Yellowjackets which reached the NCAA Division III Elite 8, matching the best postseason result in program history. He also was a three-time UAA All-Academic team member. Dombrowski tallied three goals and one assist over his four-year playing career, one which spanned 50 games.
He also has soccer coaching experience by coaching at the University of Rochester soccer camps from 2014-16.
Dombrowski graduated from Rochester with a bachelor's degree in Religion, minoring in chemistry. He was elected Phi Beta Kappa and was a UR Garnish Scholar Athlete recipient, an award honoring the University top-10 student athletes, in fall of 2017.
