Jack Burgasser joined the Rochester Soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2014 as the program's assistant coach and recently completed his fifth year on the Yellowjacket sidelines in 2018. Â Over that time he has seen Rochester earn 27 All-UAA conference awards, reach four NCAA Division III Tournaments, including the programs first ever Final Four appearance, and post the programs 600th all-time victory.
He spent the previous three years coaching at Hobart College. Burgasser began in the spring of 2011 as the goalkeeper coach and then worked the past two years as the first assistant.
While at Hobart, Burgasser helped the Statesmen to three winning seasons and one NCAA Tournament appearance. He assisted with all aspects of team training, recruiting and scouting. Prior to joining the Hobart staff, Burgasser spent two years as a graduate assistant coach at The College at Brockport. He helped the Golden Eagles to the 2009 SUNYAC Championship and back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances.
Bugasser has also coached at the youth soccer level for the last six years with the Empire Revolution Soccer Academy, working with boys U-16, U-17 and U-18 teams. He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) "D" license and an NSCAA Goalkeeper Level II Diploma.
Burgasser graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in biology from The College at Brockport, where he also captained the men's soccer team.
