University of Rochester Athletics

Baia joins the Rochester men's soccer staff in 2013 after two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at the College at Brockport.  While coaching for the Golden Eagles, Baia worked with players on technical training while also was active in recruiting, scouting and event management.

He also coaches the Rochester Futbol Club Boys U15 team and is an assistant on the Boys U18 team.  He holds a USSF D license and also works with various youth camps and programs for New York Premier Soccer.

Baia has a Bachelors degree from Springfield College in Physical Education while then moving on to complete his Masters degree from Brockport in Education.

While playing at Springfield, Baia earned 2009 All-Academic honors from the NEWMAC conference.
