Kathryn Rowe ’14 returns for her second year on the soccer coaching staff in 2018. She works individually with players to enhance their performance through mental skills training and techniques.
While playing at UR she was a key central midfielder with 68 starts and appearing in all 70 matches during her entire four-year career with the women's team. She was a two-time All-UAA Honorable Mention and earned UAA All-Academic honors.
Kathryn graduated from UR with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. Rowe earned her master’s in Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Boston University.
She is currently working in Rochester as a therapist at Liberty Resources Behavioral Health Clinic. She is also working towards becoming a NYS Licensed Mental Health Consultant and AASP Certified Mental Performance Consultant.
