Jen Colquhoun joined the Rochester softball coaching staff in the fall of 2013. She was a four year starting shortstop for Division I Lehigh University from 2009-12. Jen helped the Mountain Hawks to three Patriot League Championships (2009, 2011-12) and appearances in the NCAA Regionals.
While at Lehigh, Colquhoun earned many accolades including 2012 ECAC DI Player of the Year and 1st Team All Star, 2012 Patriot League Player of the Year and 2012 Academic All-American Honors. In that year she ranked 10th in batting average in all of Division I softball, hitting .440 (73-166).
While not playing at Lehigh, she was actively involved in softball instruction. In the summers of 2012 and 2013, she worked as a softball hitting instructor and also was a camp counselor for Lehigh’s Softball Camps. Jen was also very active off the field as the Co-Chair of the Lehigh University Adopt-A-Family Initiative
