Nicole Osovski

Osovski joined the Yellowjacket softball staff in the summer of 2013 after completing a successful four year career on the diamond for Division I Hofstra University.  While playing for the Pride, she helped the team win the Colonial Athletic Association crown in 2010, 2012 and 2013.  The 2012 team reached the NCAA Super Regionals where they would fall to the University of South Florida.
 
In her career, she appeared in 77 games for the Pride, providing a solid glove at first base ending with a career .985 fielding percentage in 261 chances.
 
She earned multiple scholarships while at Hofstra and was a Scholar Athlete All-American in addition to being a member of the SAAC (president as a senior).  She graduated in 2013 with a dual degree in Elementary Education and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
 
Since 2009, Osovski has been active in volunteer coaching, teaching youth the basics of softball at both the Conklin Raiders Softball Clinic in Conklin, NY and at the RBI Camp in Endwell, NY.
 
Osovski attended Maine-Endwell High School where she was a 3-sport athlete, participating in softball, basketball and soccer.  She was a two-time All-State selection and ended her softball career with over 1,000 strikeouts on the mound.
