Fravel, a 2014 graduate of the University finished her playing career strong with the Yellowjackets, earning 3rd Team NFCA All-American honors as a senior.  That year, she helped UR reach the NCAA Finals in Tyler, Texas, advancing the furthest ever by a UR softball team in program history.

As a senior, she earned a multitude of awards, including 1st team All-Region, 1st Team All-ECAC, 1st Team All-Liberty League and 1st Team All-UAA.  As a junior, her first in a Yellowjacket uniform, Fravel earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors.  Prior to UR, Fravel attended Tompkins Cortland Community College where she was a two-time NJCAA All-American for the Panthers.

Upon graduating with a degree in Psychology from the University, Fravel joined the coaching staff at Rochester, first as a volunteer in 2015, moving up to the first assistant position in 2016.  With her on the coaching staff, UR's teams have combined to go 56-36 and capture back-to-back Liberty League Tournament titles, advancing to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
