Fronk joined the women's basketball coaching staff in the 2013-14 season.  He brings to UR various coaching experience which most recently includes working personally with many college athletes including multiple NCAA Division III and Division I basketball players.

Coached for the Honeoye Falls-Lima school district for 10 years at various levels including travel and AAU competition.  He formed the freshman girls team and coached it at HFL high school in 2000.

Away from coaching, Matt was highly involved with the General Motors company and its research and development into Fuel Cell technology.  Fronk was named Director of the Fuel Cell R&D Laboratory in Honeoye Falls, NY in 2007.  He now serves as the President of Matt Fronk & Associates, an engineering consulting firm focusing on Advanced Energy technologies.

Fronk graduated with a bachelors of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College (NY) in 1979.
