Allison Post

Post enters her first season as an assistant coach in 2024-25 with the University of Rochester women’s volleyball program, having joined the Yellowjackets after spending the last seven years at Daemen University in Amherst, NY.
 
A two-time graduate of Daemen, Post spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach with the Wildcats, helping Daemen to a pair of East Coast Conference (ECC) Championships and NCAA Division II Tournament appearances. Over her two years as a graduate assistant, the Wildcats went 46-12 and 22-0 in conference play and saw 12 earn All-ECC honors, as well as a pair receive All-America accolades.
 
In addition to her role as a graduate assistant coach, Post also served as an assistant camp director at Daemen, managing two, week-long sessions with over 200 participants.
 
Post has also coached at The Champion Project, working as the Head Coach of the U12 travel team, since Dec. 2022, and previously coached at Volley Power, a non-profit that brings volleyball to after-school programs throughout Western New York.
 
A 2021 graduate of Daemen University, Post was a five-year member of the Wildcats’ volleyball program, appearing in 86 matches and 257 sets and tallying 565 kills, 432 digs, 52.0 blocks, 48 service aces and 25 assists. Post turned in her best season as a junior, tying for a team-high 241 kills, while in 2021, the Wildcats won the ECC and reached the Elite Eight for the first time in program history.
 
A native of Windsor, CA, Post earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in sports management from Daemen in May 2021 and her master’s degree in leadership and innovation in March 2024.
