Hubbard begins her first season as assistant coach in 2011-12. Last season, she served as an Assistant Coach at Colgate University, where she handled scouting, travel coordination and video capturing. Previously, she coached at Ithaca College, where she was a Graduate Assistant for the 2009-10 season.

She received her bachelors degree from Ithaca College in Health Promotion and Physical Education in December 2008, and her Masters in Health Education from Ithaca in May 2010. Hubbard played volleyball for three seasons at Ithaca, where she was named Empire 8 Player of the Year in 2006, and to the AVCA All-New York Region Team in her three seasons there.
