The 2012 season will be the first for Chris Favaro on the sidelines of the UR volleyball squad. He joins the staff after participating on the UR men’s club volleyball team for the past two years while he earned his master’s degree in Chemistry and Technical Entrepreneurship.
Favaro received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Ithaca College where he also participated on the men’s club volleyball team as a middle blocker. He has also played in the Japanese league as a member of the University of Tsukuba club team in 2006-07.
Favaro attended Ithaca High School where he earned a varsity letter and led the team in blocks and service aces in 2004.
