Brandon Williams brings extensive football coaching experience to the University of Rochester, joining the Yellowjackets for the 2026 season.
 
Williams comes to the River Campus from SUNY Brockport, where he was a Wide Receivers Coach and Pass Game Coordinator with the Golden Eagles. At Brockport, he coached one All-Conference and All-Region receiver and helped the offense average 36 points per game.
 
Before Brockport, Williams coached at Colgate University (2024-25), serving as an Offensive Quality Control Coach for the NCAA Division I FCS program. Prior to working at Colgate, Williams had coaching stops at Methodist University (2023-24), Misericordia University (2021-23) and his alma mater, Montclair State University (2018-20).
 
Williams’ coaching resume has him primarily working with receivers, but he has spent time also serving as Assistant Special Teams Coordinator and Running Backs Coach during his career.
 
He attended Montclair State University and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing. Williams is currently working toward his MBA in Sports Management from Misericordia University.
