Cait Suchecki is a member of the University of Rochester Fitness Science team and works closely with several Yellowjacket athletic teams.
Suchecki joined the URMC Orthopedics and Fitness Science team in January 2023. Previously, she worked at Next Level Strength & Conditioning here in the Rochester area. Suchecki also spent a year in California from 2021-22, working at Stanford University as the SRWC Assistant General Manager, Membership Services.
Additionally, Suchecki has served as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Finger Lakes Community College and at the Clifton Springs Area YMCA, working as Sports and Recreation Director.
She attended Fredonia State University of New York and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2015. Suchecki later attended Niagara University and earned a Master's degree in Sports Management in 2018.
