The field hockey team won its fourth straight game, 2-1, at SUNY Brockport on Tuesday afternoon.
Mary DiMatteo and Kristy Johnson hooked up for the two goals. DiMatteo steered in a Johnson pass 14 minutes into the match and the Yellowjackets carried a 1-0 lead into the halftime break.
Rochester built the lead to 2-0 with 23:56 left when Johnson set up DiMatteo again.
The Yellowjackets improved to 6-2 overall. Rochester has won five of its last six matches.
