Four minutes into the second half, Stom used his familiar flip throw to direct the ball into the center of the goalmouth and Colin Fernie headed it in at 49:56.
It is Rochester's 16th consecutive victory dating back to last season. The Yellowjackets are unbeaten in their last 23 matches with a 19-0-4 won-lost-tied record.
On Friday, Stom assisted on the gamewinning goal in overtime, scored by Jeremy Mann.
