ATLANTA, Ga. - Emory University scored midway through the second sudden-death overtime to post a 1-0 women's soccer victory over Rochester.
Shayna Bryan scored at 105:07 for the Eagles with Talia Dweck credited on the assist. Emory held a slim 11-10 shooting advantage and produced six corner kicks to one for Rochester.
Celeste Hornbach made five saves for the Yellowjackets. Sarah Wilkerson had four saves for Emory, three in the second half.
Rochester is 9-3-2 overall, 2-2 in the UAA. Both UAA losses have come in double overtime. Emory is 12-2-1, 3-1 in the UAA. The Eagles are ranked #23 in the current Division III poll. Rochester is ranked #18.
